My service is absolutely FREE to you, just as is the content on my site! I get paid by the Financial Institution ONLY when your loan settles…so it’s definitely in my best interest to provide you with the most efficient service I can!!

I want my site to have personality, along with timely, relevant mortgage (and fitness) info to save you TIME AND MONEY without all the boring generic stuff that most sites have!!…i’m a personable, sporty guy who’s been in the industry for 10 years and would love to help you out and take care of the mortgage process for you!

I’ve worked for the big Banks before as a Lending Manager, so I’ve been the person who approves the loans! This is a benefit because I know Bank Policy inside and out, I know what they look for, I know their exact servicing requirements, so can provide them with the necessary information from you the first time round, thus allowing for a quick turn around time from the lender of choice!

If you’re outside of sydney, that’s ok too! In today’s day and age, technology helps us overcome this problem and/or I also know some great brokers in other cities who can do a great job also!
