High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is the most effective way to burn fat efficiently and you can get fantastic results fast from this form of cardio exercise!! I’m a results kind of guy, if i’m going to put in the hard work then I want to see the results and a HIIT workout does exactly this. I live right on the water in Sydney and love seeing people out running, exercising and walking their dogs around the bay everyday, but their exercise can be much more effective if they incorporate some HIIT into their workouts!!
